In addition, Company 86 has yearly provided training on expertise and digital transformation for Naval Service’s leadership and personnel.

In order to promote achieved results and meet task requirements in the new situation, both sides agreed to further exchange information and data related to plots, tricks, and activities of hostile, reactionary, and opposition forces in violation of national sovereignty at sea and on cyberspace and share their practical experience.

In his speech, Senior Colonel Nguyen Tien Giang underlined the importance of the signing event as a foundation for them to bring into play all resources and potential to perform their political tasks, contributing to firmly safeguarding national sovereignty in cyberspace, the nation’s sovereignty, sovereign right, and jurisdiction right in the waters of Vietnam.
