VPA’s General Department of Logistics welcomes Belarusian delegation
PANO - On November 27 in Hanoi, a delegation of logistics personnel from the Armed Forces of Belarus, led by Major General Mosolop Alexander Vyacheslavovich, First Deputy Chief of Support Services Department and Chief of Staff in Support of the Armed Forces of Belarus, visited and had a working session with the General Department of Logistics under the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense.

Major General Pham Manh Cuong, Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics, welcomed the delegation and co-chaired the working session.
During the session, Major General Pham Manh Cuong provided an overview of the historical development of the logistics sector of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA), the functions, duties, and organizational structure of the General Department of Logistics, and shared experience in the VPA’s logistics assurance practices.
He also introduced the Belarusian delegation to the production capabilities of Vietnam's military logistics enterprises. He expressed a desire to enhance communication and delegation exchanges between the logistics sectors of the two militaries in the time to come.

On behalf of the Belarusian delegation, Major General Mosolop Alexander Vyacheslavovich extended his thanks for the warm welcome from the General Department of Logistics. He appreciated the valuable experience shared on the logistics assurance of the VPA and expressed his readiness to report to Belarusian senior leaderships regarding potential cooperation in the field of military logistics.
The session concluded with both sides agreeing to propose to their respective higher-level leaders to enhance information exchanges, collaboration, and logistics cooperation in a more substantive and effective manner, contributing to further strengthening and developing the traditional friendship between the two militaries.
