Addressing the send-off ceremony, Major General Tran Van Tho emphasized that this is an important political mission and a significant cooperative activity under the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two forces in 2015. The visit aims to strengthen friendship, mutual understanding, and trust between the Vietnam Coast Guard and the Japan Coast Guard, contributing to enhancing cooperation and exchanges between the two sides.
