Throughout the exchange program, officers from the Tuyen Quang Provincial Border Guard Command and the Immigration Administration of Wenshan prefecture, participated in soft volleyball and badminton matches, as well as art performances.
With the spirit of solidarity and friendship, both sides played with good shots, beautiful goals, and showed unique art performances, reflecting the beauty of traditional culture and praising the great friendship between the two Parties, the two States, and the two border protection forces.

Over the past years, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Border Guard Command and the Immigration Administration of Wenshan prefecture have carried out multiple exchange and cooperation activities, working closely to effectively implement border management and protection tasks. At the same time, they have strengthened political and cultural exchanges, contributing to enriching the spiritual life of officers and soldiers and fostering a positive image of the border protection forces of the two countries. This was the third exchange program jointly organized by the two sides, continuing the tradition of effective cooperation in border management and protection that has been maintained and further strengthened over the years.
On behalf of the delegation, Senior Colonel Dao Hong Ha, Political Commissar of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Border Guard Command emphasized that Vietnam and China are geographically linked by adjoining mountains and shared rivers, and that their peoples share cultural similarities. Furthermore, he noted that the profound tradition of solidarity and close-knit ties has been nurtured by the two Parties, the two States, and their great leaders, President Ho Chi Minh and Chairman Mao Zedong.

Moving forward, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Border Guard Command will continue to coordinate closely and effectively with the Wenshan prefecture Immigration Administration in implementing border and port management, as well as other relevant activities. This cooperation will contribute to building a shared border of peace, stability, cooperation, and mutual development.
In a delightful and harmonious atmosphere, the heads of both delegations conferred the “Ambassador of Friendship” title upon 12 officers from both sides for their outstanding contribution to strengthening the friendship between the two forces.
The program concluded with great success, helping showcase the fine image of the officers and soldiers, and further tightening the traditional friendly and cooperative relationship between the border protection forces of Vietnam and China.
