PANO – Senior Lieutenant General Truong Quang Khanh, Deputy Minister of National Defence, held a reception for Alexander Vasilyevich Fomin, Head of the Russian Federal Agency for Technical Military Cooperation, in Hanoi on April 6th.

The Vietnamese host voiced pleasure at the considerable achievements in the bilateral relations, especially in the military and defence sector.

In the coming time, the two sides should beef up their cooperation in defence industry, education and training, and delegation exchanges.

For his part, the Russian guest hoped that the two countries would continuously tighten defence cooperation, including defence industry, technology transfer, and information and telecommunications.
