Vietnam, Israel boost defense cooperation

The guest paid a courtesy call to the Ministry of National Defense (MND) of Vietnam during his visit to the country.
At the reception, General Minh stressed favorable development in defense cooperation over the past years between the two countries, which has brought about practical results, contributing to enhancing friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding between the two armed forces.
The host also said that in the coming time, especially in 2017, Vietnam and Israel would have more chance to sustainably boost defense cooperation to be on par with the potential and aspiration of both sides.
The guest confirmed that his department would closely cooperate with relevant agencies of the MND to help cooperation contents be implemented effectively and in line schedule.
