At each stop, Senior Colonel Chau Chac, Deputy Political Commissar of the An Giang provincial Military Command, briefed local religious leaders and residents on some of the recent outstanding achievements of the An Giang provincial armed forces. He extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes for good health, joy, peace, and happiness to the monks and Khmer people during their traditional Chol Chnam Thmay Festival. He also expressed his hope that the abbots, monks, and dignitaries would continue serving as bridges in communicating Party policies and State laws to local people.

* On the same day, a delegation from the Dak Nong Provincial Military Command, led by Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Khoi, Deputy Political Commissar of the command, visited Senmonorum commune, O Reang district, Cambodia’s Mondulkiri province, to deliver Chol Chnam Thmay greetings and carry out meaningful activities.
During the visit, the delegation presented nearly 400 gifts, each worth VND 500,000, containing food and essential items. In addition, military medical personnel from the Dak Nong provincial Military Command, in coordination with local medical forces, conducted free health checkups and distributed free medicines to about 600 local residents, helping raise health awareness and improve access to timely medical services.

He emphasized that these activities are part of the regular outreach efforts by the armed forces of Dak Nong province to strengthen the solidarity and friendship between the troops and people of Dak Nong and those of Mondulkiri province.
