The Vietnamese host highly valued the cooperation achievements between the Vietnamese Defence Ministry’s Information Centre for Military Science and the Lao department over the past time, particularly in delegation exchanges, experience sharing, training exercises and supporting Laos in launching the Lao Defence Ministry’s e-portal.
