Chief of General Staff active in Moscow

Apart from the four plenary and special sessions, the Vietnamese general had various other activities on the sidelines of the conference. The activities included a meeting with General Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces and First Deputy Defense Minister; a meeting with Lieutenant General Cardozo M. Luna, Deputy Defense Minister of the Philippines; and talks with representatives of international organizations and major companies of Russia.
