According to Col. Son, this is an annual activity of the provincial military command on the Lao people’s Bunpimay traditional festival. Healthcare program and gift presentation activities have further beautified the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the Lao people’s hearts, thus strengthening the special solidarity between the two parties and states in general and between the Binh Dinh provincial Military Command and Champasak and Attapeu provincial Military Commands in particular.
