An Giang: Free health check-ups and medicines given to Cambodian people
PANO - A delegation of the An Giang provincial Military Command led by its Deputy Political Commissar Senior Colonel Chau Chac, together with medical staff of the command, the Kien Giang General Hospital, and officers of Team K92, coordinated with local authorities to provide free health check-ups and medicines for and present gifts to local people in Andoung Khmer village, Andoung Khmer ward, Kampot province, Cambodia on May 26.

An overview of the medical examination event |
In particular, the delegation handed over 60 gift packages to people with difficult conditions, provided free medical examinations, health consultations and medicines for 410 people in the locality. At the event, local people received general health check-ups, blood pressure monitoring, health consultations, free medicines, and guidance on healthcare practices suitable to local living conditions.
According to Sr. Col. Chau Chac, this is an annual activity organized by the An Giang provincial Military Command. Providing medical examinations, treatment, and free medicines to people living in the Vietnam - Cambodia border areas is an activity of profound political and humanitarian significance.
