Nearly 300 projects related to real-estate and tourism will be made public to call for investment at an international seminar and exhibition called Vietnam Tourism Property Opportunities (VnTPO-2008) to be held on April 17-18 in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of more than 20 cities and provinces across Vietnam.
The head of VnTPO-2008’s organisation board Than Thanh Vu said the projects focus on resorts, hotels, villas, golf courses, entertainment, new urban zones and other infrastructure for tourism.
Naim Khan Turk, the director of research and consultative department of CB Richard Ellis compary, a sponsor of VnTPO-2008, said the project was a chance for investors to further understand the tourism property market of Vietnam. Moreover, representatives of big groups and experienced experts attached to property and tourism will help investors grasp new trends in the property market of Vietnam.
