The Governor of Guam, Mr. Felix Camacho and a delegation of representatives of American businesses, yesterday had a meeting with its partners in Ho Chi Minh City during a three-day visit to Vietnam at the invitation of Vietnamese Deputy-Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Pham Gia Khiem.
“Guam wants to cooperate with Vietnam in three main areas, including education, trade and tourism”, said the Governor at the meeting organised by the HCMC branch of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) at the Continental Hotel.
The American delegation includes representatives from many companies operating in different fields such as industry (JRN Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Inc.), export and import (Ambros Guam Import-Export), medicine, tourism and construction materials (Elias Inc.), real estate (BWA Architects) and healthcare (American Medical Center in Guam).
