96 outstanding enterprises honored
PANO - The Central Steering Committee for the ‘Vietnamese preferring Vietnamese goods’ campaign, on March 17, organized a ceremony to honor 96 outstanding Vietnamese enterprises.

The event saw the attendance of Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of PCC's Commission for Mass Mobilization; Vuong Dinh Hue, Politburo member and Deputy Prime Minister; Tran Thanh Man, PCC member, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Head of the Central Steering Committee for the campaign; and Tran Tuan Anh, Minister of Industry and Trade.
This year, the organizer received nearly 300 nominations from local and industry associations, of which, 96 businesses were selected to receive the awards.
Addressing the ceremony, Deputy-Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue acknowledged the great efforts of Vietnamese enterprises in production, business, and services in response to the ‘Vietnamese preferring Vietnamese goods' campaign. In addition, the campaign has made a significant contribution to the country's socio-economic development and created a valuable product consumption network. In broader terms, it has also contributed to encouraging Vietnamese people to use Vietnamese products.
