A 67 billion VND project that was approved by the Hanoi authority in 2006 has been deployed in an area of 500 ha to grow high-quality flowers in Tu Liem district, according to Deputy Chief of the district’s Planning Department. The project aims to upgrade infrastructure, improve seeds, apply high technology and develop products for export.
As scheduled, key sections of the project will be completed by the end of September 2007.
