The event saw the participation of 13 teams with more than 600 athletes from affiliated agencies, units, and schools in the Armored Corps. Athletes will compete in various events, namely men’s volleyball and football, women’s volleyball, tennis, badminton, swimming, and overcoming obstacles. After the launching ceremony, participants entered the qualifying round.

* On the same day, the Engineering Corps kicked off the sports festival 2023 at Brigade 249.

The festival drew the participation of 11 teams from six brigades and two schools, the Department of Technical Services, the Technology Center for Bomb and Mine Disposal, and Battalion 93 under the General Staff.

Participants will compete in four military sports and two Olympic games, including swimming, overcoming obstacles, football, and volleyball. The festival will last until August 24.
