In the women's category, Tran Thi Kim Thanh won the Golden Ball, Huynh Nhu claimed the Silver Ball, and Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy received the Bronze Ball.

This marks the second time that The Cong-Viettel FC player Nguyen Hoang Duc has won the Golden Ball for men after the first one in 2019. Meanwhile, Tran Thi Kim Thanh clinched the first Golden Ball award in her career.

Other awards included the Futsal Golden Ball, which went to player Pham Duc Hoa; the Outstanding Foreign Player title, awarded to Rafaelson (Thep Xanh Nam Dinh FC); the Dedication Award, presented to former players Pham Thanh Luong and Tran Van Vu; the Outstanding Young Male Player, won by Nguyen Thai Son; and the Outstanding Young Female Player, claimed by Ngoc Minh Chuyen.
