Notable partnerships include those between the Copyright Office of Vietnam and VTC Multimedia Corporation, the VTC Digital Media Center and the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism’s Information Center, the VTC Technology and Digital content Company (VTC Intecom) and the Vietnam Recreational and Electronic Sports Association, among others.

According to reports presented at the event, digital transformation offers significant opportunities for Vietnam’s culture, sports and tourism sectors to integrate more deeply into the global stage. However, to ensure effective and sustainable implementation, strong coordination among state management agencies, businesses and communities is needed to foster creative content while ensuring transparent protection of intellectual property and copyright.

Recognizing this need, the state management agencies in culture, sports and tourism have promoted strategic partnerships with technology and media enterprises as well as reputable domestic and international organizations. The collaboration focuses on three main pillars, namely copyright protection, content promotion, and film development.

This comprehensive cooperation reflects a shared commitment to building a healthy and sustainable digital environment, promoting the growth of emerging sectors such as digital culture, online education, e-sports and the creative industry. It is seen as a key step to showcase Vietnam’s beauty and cultural values through the power of digital communications.

Under the agreements signed, the partners set out a strategic plan for developing Vietnam’s digital culture from 2025 to 2027, with goals of promoting Vietnamese culture and tourism on digital platforms; developing multilingual, multi-platform communication channels targeting potential markets; and enhancing the visibility of Vietnam’s tourism both at home and abroad in line with the National Tourism Marketing Strategy to 2030.

The cooperation also aims to apply digital technologies in copyright management and enforcement, establish monitoring and detection systems for violations, and develop transparent and efficient rights management in cyberspace. Another key focus is boosting the development and promotion of e-sports, organizing major events to elevate Vietnam’s position in the global arena.
