The exhibition “Spirit of Autumn – 80 years of steadfast progress” highlights the nation’s glorious journey, from the great victory of the August Revolution and National Day in 1945, a milestone that ushered in an era of independence and freedom, to the remarkable achievements in today’s national construction and defense.

The exhibition “Infantry Division 9 – 60 years of resounding epic,” is divided into six parts, namely “Born in the midst of battle,” “Defeating the “Red big brother” Division.” “Historic encounters,” “Advancing toward Saigon,” “Safeguarding the border and performing international duties,” and “Carrying forward traditions, writing new victories, enriching history.”

Through photos, documents, and other exhibits, visitors have the opportunity to look back upon heroic chapters of the history of the nation, experience the strength of national unity, and fully understand the sound leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, affirm the faith and determination of the military and people in the cause of building, developing, and defending the Fatherland. The exhibition also honors the glorious traditions and resounding victories of Division 9, from years of resistance to its role in national construction and defense nowadays.

According to Senior Colonel Pham Van Hong, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 9, the exhibition serves as a meaningful occasion to honor the sacrifices and contribution of the previous generations, while instilling pride, responsibility, and determination in today’s officers and soldiers. It also reinforces the Division’s fine traditions of “United, modest, courageous, creative, fighting to win, fighting to complete” and contributes to promoting the positive image of Division 9’s troops among the people.
