The Lo Lo ethnic people have a unique culture, which includes traditional costumes, folk songs, dances, crafts, cuisine, as well as distinct customs and practices related to marriage, festivals, and rituals. Currently, Meo Vac district is home to 234 Lo Lo ethnic households, living mainly in Meo Vac townlet and Xin Cai and Thuong Phung communes.

Over the past time, Meo Vac district has paid much attention to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of the Lo Lo ethnic people through national target programs and project. Additionally, the organization of Lo Lo ethnic cultural festivals has created a strong influence in the community, contributing to popularizing and spreading cultural traditions of the Lo Lo ethnic minority group to people and tourists from all over the world.
