He spoke highly of efforts by both Vietnamese and Cambodian officials and workers to complete the station, thus helping intensify the locality’s socio-economic development and locals’ living conditions.

Since 2008, Vietnam has helped build 19 FM radio and two TV broadcasting stations.

This year, the Vietnamese government will finance three TV broadcasting stations for Cambodia, with Radio the Voice of Vietnam continuing to be responsible of building the station and installing equipment.
