The school’s Deputy Director Senior Colonel Nguyen Xuan Toan sent congratulations to Cambodia on its achievements attained over the past years and hailed Cambodian cadets for their efforts to get high results in study and training.

The Party Committee and Board of Administrators of the Border College present flowers and gifts to Cambodian cadets on Cambodia’s traditional New Year festival.

The school’s official expressed his hope that the cadets would continue to bring into play and heighten sense of responsibility, observe discipline and regulations of the school and units, exert all-out efforts to become eminent cadres, making contribution to building wealthy and beautiful Cambodia. He also hoped that they would uphold and strengthen the friendship and solidarity between the two militaries and peoples.

On the occasion of the Chol Chnam Thmay festival, Sr. Col. Toan wished all Cambodian cadets and their family members good health, successes, and victories in the new year.

A representative from Cambodian cadets expressed thanks to the college’s leadership for their thoughtfulness and gift presentation. He promised to strive in study, further practice and contribute more to deepening the solidarity between Vietnam and Cambodia, their militaries and border guard forces.
