National seas and islands program launched
PANO – The Vietnam Red Cross Society, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the National Humanitarian Portal 1400, on May 8 launched a program entitled “Joining hands for national seas and islands” in Hanoi.

The program aimed to mobilize people nationwide to help needy fishermen by offering them telecommunications equipment as well as preventing free health checkups and medicines, and first aid training courses for them.
To support the program, just text “BD” to 1407 of the National Humanitarian Portal or donating gifts and money through an account of the Vietnam Red Cross Society.
The program runs from April 28 to June 26.
