An art performance at the program

Addressing the event, Nguyen Minh Hung, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Party Committee of SATRA, held that the program aims to express sentiment of the group’s workers and staff to troops of Naval Region 2 towards the upcoming Tet (Lunar New Year) Festival in 2018. The annual event additionally helped to enhance the staff and workers’ patriotism and responsibilities for the sacred national sovereignty over seas and islands, he added.

Troops of Naval Region 2 together with professional singers and artists performed songs and dances in praise of the country, the image of naval soldiers and their sacrifice to the national sovereignty over seas and islands.

Within the framework of the program, the organizing board handed over 100 scholarships, worth VND 100 million in total, to children of officers and soldiers of the naval region.
