The reporter also gave some questions and special gifts to draw students’ attention.

Earlier, the unit also worked with the Youth Union organizations of Thanh Binh and Hoa Cuong Nam wards (Hai Chau district, Da Nang city) to disseminate information about Vietnam’s sovereignty over seas and islands to students at Vo Thi Sau primary school and Ho Nghinh high school.

Speaking at the event, Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Ngoc Minh Hai said that the program is expected to help students learn more about the history of the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos, and other Vietnamese seas and islands, as well as missions of the Vietnam Border Guard in general and the municipal Border Guard in particular in protecting national sovereignty and securing border areas.

Through the program, the organizers hoped to ignite patriotism and love among students for national seas and islands.

He added that in the coming time, the unit will continue to organize more programs in other schools in Hai Chau district, Da Nang city.
