Da Nang – Quang Ngai expressway monitoring system put into operation
PANO - According to the Traffic Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security on June 28, the system for monitoring and handling traffic on the Da Nang – Quang Ngai expressway has been officially put into operation.
The Da Nang – Quang Ngai expressway is the first section in the Central region, covering the length of 139km, installed with the system for monitoring and handling traffic safety and violations.

The system includes 10 IP cameras with 360 degree scanning and recording capabilities, 17 multi-lane tachometer cameras for monitoring, 16 cameras to recognize license plates, 35 IP cameras to monitor and detect violations, and 8 handheld tablets, equipment and accessories.
The images recorded by the monitoring system will be used as a legal basis for handling violations of traffic safety in accordance to the law, ensuring transparency and contributing to improving violation handling.
