The event was organized by Sen Vang Advertising Commercial JSC, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi minh City, the Khmer-Vietnamese Association in Cambodia, and the Vietnamese Embassy in the country.

The beauty said she hopes that the gifts, composing of books, clothing, sweets and essentials, will bring joy to students and disadvantaged families.

Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 Nong Thuy Hang went to Ha Giang province’s Sao Ha village, where 94% of the population live in poverty.

She delivered gifts including cash and essentials for impoverished families there, hoping that they will enjoy a warmer Tet holiday.

Meanwhile, Miss World Vietnam 2023 Runner-up Dao Thi Hien gave lucky money and essentials to hundreds of students and residents with difficulties in Ban Lau and Lung Vai communes, Lao Cai province.
