The exhibition showcases more than 300 photos, documents, and artifacts highlighting the consequences of the Agent Orange/dioxin disaster; Vietnam’s efforts to address the aftermath of chemical warfare; the ongoing journey to seek justice for Vietnamese AO victims; exemplary individuals who have overcome hardship; and generous benefactors who have dedicated their “golden hearts” to helping AO/dioxin victims. It also features gratitude activities by Military Region 1 and Bac Giang province, the 20-year development of the VAVA branch in Bac Giang, and support projects for people with disabilities carried out by the National Action Center for Toxic Chemicals and Environmental Treatment (NACCET).

In his remarks, VAVA Chairman Lieutenant General Nguyen Huu Chinh emphasized that the exhibition aims to raise public awareness of the AO disaster in Vietnam and the collective efforts of the political system, armed forces, and people, especially in Bac Giang province, to overcome the consequences of chemical warfare waged by the United States during the Vietnam War.
On this occasion, the VAVA Central Committee, Military Region 1, Chemical Corps, NACCET, Army Corps 12, the Bac Giang Association for AO Victims, and other units allocated funds and mobilized resources to present gifts, construct gratitude houses, and provide livelihood support for AO victims.

Through the exhibition, the organizers called on the public, overseas Vietnamese, and international friends to join hands in alleviating the suffering of AO victims, to stand united in the fight against the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and to support the pursuit of justice for Vietnamese AO/dioxin victims.
