According to Lt. Gen. Nguyen Huu Chinh, in 2024, the VAVA mobilized VND 521 billion. On the occasion of the lunar New Year 2025, the association has visited provinces and cities to present livelihoods and gifts to AO/dioxin victims, with a total amount of more than VND 1.6 billion. These meaningful gifts aim to bring a warm Tet holiday to the victims and ease their pain, contributing to upholding the country’s tradition "When drinking water, remember its source."
