Since she was a student at the Hanoi Academy of Theater and Cinema, Trang has actively participated in charity activities such as the “Mid-autumn Festival for Children,” “Nuoi Em” (Raising Children), and volunteer programs held by the academy, among others. Through these experiences, Trang has gained a deep understanding of the hardships and challenges faced by children in mountainous regions. Therefore, she has independently organized her own volunteer trips to visit remote areas and hand over gifts to those in need.

In 2022, Trang officially began her own independent volunteer journey. Each year, she strives to make one or two trips, focusing on remote and isolated schools in the Northern mountainous areas. All expenses for each trip are paid by Trang herself. When she was still in school, she used part of her scholarship; after graduation, she continues by setting aside a portion of her income from her makeup business to sustain her charity activities.

What keeps her going, despite a busy life, are tight hugs, innocent eyes, and shy smiles of children when receiving their gifts. "Every time I’m about to leave, the kids run out. One holds my hands; others cling to my legs. So even when I’m exhausted, just seeing their smiles makes all the hardships melt away," Trang said with a smile.
