Ship SAR 273 takes ill fisherman ashore for treatment
PANO - Ship SAR 273 of the Vietnam Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Center (Vietnam MRCC) has taken a troubled fisherman ashore for emergency aid.

Earlier, the Vietnam MRCC was reported by the captain of trawler QNa 95489 TS that fishermen Nguyen Tuan had a serious stroke, and his legs and hands became paralyzed. More seriously, his health was getting worsened, threatening his life.
The captain of trawler QNa 95489 TS, which was fishing on the waters of Truong Sa archipelago, asked the Vietnam MRCC to give medical assistance and take the ill fisherman to Nha Trang city for emergency treatment.
Immediately, the center contacted the trawler to get updates on the health conditions of the patient and instructed crew-members to provide first aid to keep him alive. Since his health conditions got worse, the center sent Ship SAR 273 to conduct the rescue mission.
At noon on September 15, Ship SAR 273 approached trawler QNa 95489 TS, and the medical team immediately provided emergency aid to the patient.
