According to the organizers, this 17th edition will be launched in many provinces and cities nationwide from now till the end of March. It is expected to collect a total of 45,000 to 50,000 blood units.

According to Colonel Bui Phu Tue, Deputy Head of the Political Affairs Division of the hospital, the program holds a significant meaning, demonstrating the sentiments, humanity and responsibility for the community, helping solve blood shortage and raising people’s awareness of humanitarian blood donation and promoting good traditions of mutual assistance of the Vietnamese people.
