The organizers donating computers to two schools

The “Bytes for Future” program, launched in 2024 and jointly organized by Keppel Group and Tien Phong newspaper, aims to support students in remote and disadvantaged border areas.

For many years, Nguyen Hue A High School and Thanh Binh Primary School have faced challenges in upgrading their facilities, particularly in acquiring high-quality computer systems for teaching and learning. To help address this issue, the program donated 60 computers and more than 900 book titles, enabling students to better access digital tools and learning resources in the digital age.

Apart from computers and books, Thanh Binh Primary School also received a roof system and an upgraded computer room, facilitating students’ learning environment.

Vice Chairman of the Binh Long Ward People’s Committee Tran Van Tuan said that with 19 schools in the ward, meeting the IT requirements of the new curriculum remains a challenge. He emphasized the program’s significance in supporting both students and teachers.
