Besides, the event comprised a series of activities, including Chung cake making contest, tug-of-war competition, artistic exchange, among others, attracting the participation of a large number of local people.
Earlier on January 26, Muong Ang district and Ang Cang commune made nearly 600 Chung cakes for needy households and policy beneficiaries in Ang Cang commune.

* On January 27, a border spring program was held in Hung Phuoc commune, Bu Dop district, Binh Phuoc province.
At the event, the organizing panel granted 100 Tet gifts to students in difficulties, inquired after and presented gifts to needy families whose family members are working in Bu Dop border district, and gave maps of Vietnam to Hung Phuoc Primary School.

The program showed the sentiments of Binh Phuoc youths towards children in border areas. The gifts were seen as an encouragement for them to overcome their difficulties and achieve higher academic results, as well as have a warm and joyful Tet holiday.
