Needy children receive gifts.

At the Kim Lien Special National Relic, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue expressed deep gratitude and respect for President Ho Chi Minh, the founder of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (present the Socialist Republic of Vietnam).

The mission also visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese heroic mothers, policy beneficiaries, and needy children in Thanh Chuong district. On the occasion, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, Social Affairs and Vietlott handed over presents to revolutionary contributors, needy children, and households in the locality. 

On January 1, the Quang Duc Border Post of the Quang Ninh provincial Border Guard Command and local business visited and presented TVs, worth VND 40 million, to five needy households in Quang Duc commune, Hai Ha district. The gifts are expected to help needy people embrace the Party’s guidelines and State’s policies as well as raise their cultural and spiritual lives. 

Meanwhile, Hanoi has planned to conduct social activities in different localities. Accordingly, the city’s missions will present gifts to 857,271 national contributors, needy people, elderly people, and needy workers.

On the occasion, the Lang Son provincial Red Cross Society mobilized more than 35,000 gifts for needy people and Dioxin/Agent Orange victims from sponsors and businesses.
