200 Southeast Asian scientists join DAAD workshop
PANO - As many as 200 Southeast Asian scientists who studied and did researches in Germany under the scholarships granted by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) participated in a three-day seminar in Hanoi on May 26.

According to the German Embassy in Vietnam, scholarship awardees and alumni from Southeast Asian nations will discuss scientific cooperation with German experts during the seminar.
They will also voice their ideals on cooperation models and seek partners for joint projects.
As part of the event, German Ambassador to Vietnam Christian Berger and DAAD’s General Secretary Dorothea Rüland are going to grant this year’s DAAD scholarships to Vietnamese recipients on May 28.
