PANO - The military-run telecom group, Viettel, will work with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Central Committee to organize a military semester, themed “I’m a soldier”, for children aged from 7 to 15, on June 11th.
During the ten-day course at Regiment 50 in Hai Phong City and Regiment 36 in Hoa Binh province, 500 trainees will learn military regulations and how to survive in difficult conditions, do physical exercises, and develop their talents through interesting contests and games.
Activities, such as Family Festival, lighting candles in commemoration of martyrs, visit to heroic Vietnamese mothers, field trip to rural areas, and voluntary activities will help children learn more about the national traditions and build up their love for their families, hometowns, and the country.
