Tanzanian Prime Minister ends Vietnam visit
Tanzanian Prime Minister Edward Lowassa left Ho Chi Minh City on Sept. 9, ending his six-day official friendship visit to Vietnam.

Ho Chi Minh City on Sept. 9, ending his six-day official friendship visit to
Vietnam.
While in Vietnam, the Tanzanian Government leader was received by Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, held talks with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, and met with National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Phu Trong.
The Tanzanian PM and the Vietnamese leaders expressed satisfaction with the development of traditional and friendly ties and cooperation between Vietnam and Tanzania in recent years. They discussed measures to further strengthen and consolidate this friendship and to enhance cooperation between the two countries, particularly in economics and trade.
PM Lowassa also met with Vietnamese businesspeople and visited some historical sites, research institutes and factories in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City and southern Binh Duong province.
