President Truong Tan Sang visited and extended congratulations to Hung Yen and Ha Nam authorities and people ahead of the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) festival.
He asked the two provinces to restructure agriculture and improve products’ added value by embracing technological advances.

The leader said he believes that Hung Yen and Ha Nam will uphold their momentum to reap more success during the first year of realising a resolution adopted by the recently-closed 12th National Party Congress.
He requested that all possible support must be provided for local residents, including families of war heroes and soldiers in mission, ensuring a warm Tet holiday for them.
The President also offered incense to late Party General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh in Hung Yen and visited several high-quality farming models in Ha Nam.
