The NA Office will devise a plan to hold a conference gathering full-time legislators to discuss a number of draft laws to submit them to the NA’s third session.

The NA Standing Committee also adopted two resolutions on regulations on cooperation between the Supreme People’s Committee and the Ministry of National Defense in managing the apparatus of military courts, and regulations on supervision procedures of the NA, the NA Standing Committee, and the NA Delegations.

The standing boards of the NA’s Law Committee and Committee for Judicial Affairs were asked to closely liaison with the Supreme People’s Court, the Ministry of National Defense, the NA General Secretary, and concerned agencies to acquire feedback at meetings to refine draft resolutions to submit to the NA Chairwoman for approval.

Legislators also debated the draft resolution on taking disciplinary action against retired officials and cadres.
