PANO – Doctors of the infirmary on Song Ty Tay Island of Truong Sa district, Khanh Hoa province, have successfully saved life of a seriously ill fisherman.
Medical workers on the island received fisherman Le Van Muoi, born in 1968 and living in Phu Dong ward, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province at 5:30 on September 26.

Patient Muoi, captained trawler PY90587TS, was paralyzed after a brain stroke due to high blood pressure while fishing offshore.
Immediately, the doctors conducted antibiotic infusion, controlled pressure and provided patient nutrition for the patient.
With the good care from the island’s doctors, the fisherman is now recovering but still paralyzed and difficult to speak.
