PANO – In recent days, Binh Tan district (Ho Chi Minh City) has become a COVID-19 flashpoint as the number of infections hit a record high.

Together with taking drastic COVID-19 prevention measures and imposing a social distancing rule, Binh Tan district’s authority has placed quarters no.2, no3, and no.4 of An Lac ward (about 60,000 people) under lock-down.

Since the new COVID-19 cases were first reported in Binh Tan district, the district’s armed forces have promptly implemented urgent measures to support local authorities and people in preventing the spread of the virus into the community, contributing to beautifying the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in people’s hearts.
