In May 2009, Ms. Nga appeared as a witness at the International People’s Tribunal of Conscience in Support of the Vietnamese Victims of Agent Orange in Paris, France.

For over a decade, regardless of hardships and difficulties, she has persistently pursued the lawsuit against 26 chemical companies that manufactured the toxin AO defoliant used by U.S. forces during the war in Vietnam.

On May 10, 2021, the Crown Court of Evry city in the suburb of Paris rejected her lawsuits. However, Mrs. Nga decided to file an appeal and the VAVA announced that the association would fully support her lawsuit.

Along with the lawsuit, Ms. Nga has conducted many meaningful activities while mobilizing and calling on organizations and individuals in France and other nations to support her in the fight for justice for Vietnamese AO/dioxin victims.

Addressing the event, Ms. Nga expressed her gratitude, showing her high determination to pursue the lawsuit to the end.

In addition, she also called for support from organizations and individuals at home and abroad.
