Veterans support policy beneficiaries
PANO - As part of the commemorative activities marking the 50th anniversary of South Liberation and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - 2025), a delegation led by Lieutenant General Khuat Viet Dung, Vice President of the Vietnam Veterans Association, along with more than 300 veterans nationwide, visited the Monument and Memorial House of Heroic Martyr Vo Thi Sau, located at Minh Dam Revolutionary Base Historical Site in Long Dat district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

During the solemn ceremony, the veterans offered incense and flowers, observed a minute of silence, and expressed their deep respect and gratitude to fallen heroes who courageously fought and laid down their lives for independence and freedom of the Fatherland and happiness of the people.
The delegates pledged to remain united, uphold the glorious revolutionary tradition, and actively contribute to the on-going efforts to build, defend, and develop the country in the new era.
On this occasion, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association also hosted a meeting to encourage and present 15 gifts (each worth VND 2 million) to outstanding veterans and policy beneficiaries facing difficult circumstances in Long Dat district.
