On this occasion, Permanent Deputy-Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh also sent 20 bikes to disadvantaged students.

Since 2007, the Board has raised over VND2 billion, awarded over 1,134 scholarships to students, provided health check-ups and free medicines and presented gifts to 3,600 needy people in border areas and localities in Cambodia.
