Under the campaign, Naval Region 3 and the Gia Lai Provincial Military Command formed six construction teams of 12 - 17 personnel each, including 3 - 5 skilled builders, to support the construction of six houses in Tuy Phuoc Dong commune. All houses are scheduled for completion and handover before January 31, 2026, with the Naval Region 3 Command aiming to finish 7 - 10 days ahead of schedule.
Also on December 4, Division 375 under the Air Defense - Air Force Service launched similar campaign to help Dak Lak province rebuild and repair flood-damaged houses.
With the motto “When people need help, the air defense - air force troops are present,” Division 375 mobilized manpower and equipment to work closely with local authorities and residents to build and restore damaged houses.

Teams will assess damage at each household, rebuild or repair houses to ensure safety and durability, clean up the environment after floods, and coordinate with local authorities and mass organizations to ensure the assistance reaches all affected families.
Participants are required to strictly observe safety regulations, discipline, and military conduct when working with civilians; uphold the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, exemplary air defense - air force troops; and ensure the quality and timely completion of all construction tasks, helping Dak Lak provincial residents stabilize their lives soon.
The same day, Commando Brigade 5 launched the campaign and made commitment to rapid and effective action under the chair of Second-in-Command Officer Senior Colonel Pham Van Thuyen.

As scheduled, the brigade will cooperate with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command to establish 15 mobile construction groups with members skilled in construction, mechanics, carpentry, and electrical and plumbing work, supported by the brigade’s equipment and vehicles.
The brigade aims to rebuild 26 houses and reinforce or repair damaged structures in Ninh Phuoc, Phuoc Hau, Ninh Hai, Xuan Hai, Hoa Thang, My Son, and Bac Ai Tay communes in Khanh Hoa province by January 31, 2025.
