The President Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space and the Statue of President Ho Chi Minh will be built at the Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Site, in a prominent and convenient location, allowing people across the country as well as international visitors to visit, learn, and participate in flower and incense offering ceremonies.

The project is scheduled to be completed and put into use on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the South Liberation and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - 2025), contributing to enriching the cultural and historical values of the Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Site, one of the key sites for traditional education and a famous tourist destination in Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the event, Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Military Command Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nam emphasized that the construction of the President Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space and the Statue of President Ho Chi Minh at the Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Site is a profound tribute to the beloved leader of Vietnam. It is an opportunity for today’s generation to reflect on the glorious history and to educate the younger generation about patriotism and revolutionary spirit.
