Accordingly, the construction of Tinh hamlet kindergarten started on August 10, 2022. After four months, the kindergarten was put into operation.
As reported, the MND withdrew VND 2.2 billion from the “For the poor” Fund to support the construction of the kindergarten and the Military Women Advisory Board contributed VND 50 million for the school’s outdoor equipment.
Along with the financial support of the MND, Quan Son district invested in school’s facilities, including the mess, canteen, toilet for teachers, campus, garage, gate, fence, and more, with a total cost of VND 1.2 billion.
Meanwhile, the Military Command of Quan Son district coordinated with the local authorities and other units to mobilize troops and local people to contribute over 200 working days to building the kindergarten.
Addressing the ceremony, Major General Ngo Thanh Hai affirmed that in 2022, the MND and units in the whole military have supported the construction of 14 community-oriented projects. The kindergarten showed the sentiments and the care of the MND and troops towards the locality and was seen as a spiritual encouragement for local authorities and people to overcome difficulties and obtain achievements in their teaching and learning, contributing to successfully implementing the goal of socio-economic and cultural development, as well as consolidating defense and security.

Major General Ngo Thanh Hai required local military agencies to work with other military units stationed in the locality and local authorities to effectively conduct information dissemination work, encourage people to strictly follow the Party’s policies and guidelines, the State’s law and military-defense missions.
At the ceremony, Military Region 4’s affiliated agencies and local authorities presented facilities, learning and teaching supplies to the Tinh village kindergarten.
