According to the delegation, under the leadership of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the GDP, the mass mobilization work in the military has been well-implemented in line with the guideline and policies of the Party and State on mass mobilization. Military units have closely followed the real situation to promptly improve the work, meeting the requirements of missions in the current period.

Embracing the resolution, troops in the military have conducted mass mobilization work in close connection with the grassroots authorities and regularly renovated the contents and forms of the work, building effective models, bettering the leadership over the work. Military units have well-carried out information dissemination to call on people to strictly follow the guideline and implement the policies of the Party and State, contributing to building strong grassroots political systems, developing local cultural socio-economy, strengthening defense and security postures, and more.

Under all circumstances, the military has always kept its prestige towards the Party and people, regularly fostered the military-civilian ties, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc and people’s trust in the Party, State and the military, etc.

The delegation hoped that units and agencies in the whole military would enhance their collaboration with other responsible central agencies, ministries, local Party committees and authorities, and politico-social organizations to further the work in the coming time, calling on the whole people to follow the guideline and implement the policies of the Party and State.
