Military Region 4 mobilizes forces to support flood-affected residents
PANO - On November 1, Commander of Military Region 4 Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh visited flood-affected areas and inspected and encouraged military units participating in post-flood recovery efforts in Hue City.

During the visit, General Binh and the working delegation offered encouragement and presented relief supplies, including 2.5 tons of rice, 5 tons of dried rations, and 250 boxes of instant noodles, to the people of Thanh Thuy ward.
Expressing deep sympathy for local Party committees, authorities, and residents, the Commander of Military Region 4 affirmed that officers and soldiers of Military Region 4, with determination not to let anyone suffer from hunger or cold after the floods, will always stand side by side the people and be ready to provide support in any circumstance.
Lt. Gen. Ha Tho Binh praised the sense of responsibility, dedication, and tireless efforts of officers and soldiers from the Hue Municipal Military Command, Division 968, and local militia forces.

He directed Party committees and chain-of-command at all levels to continue mobilizing all available resources, accelerate recovery efforts, help residents stabilize their lives, and restore production as soon as possible.
